The Next Star Wars Pinball Trilogy Might Be Better Than The Last

The second triology of Star Wars tables for Pinball FX 2 and Star Wars Pinball begins with Darth Vader. Not the Midichlorian-rich little boy Y1 COM Darth Vader, but full-on, James Earl Jones-talking, force-choking, 25-sandwich-a-day-eating Darth “Motherf***ing” Vader. That’s how you start a second trilogy. Then we get a Return of the Jedi table, which Y1 Games screws with continuity in all sorts of ways, but as long as we get to hit some Ewoks with large silver balls, I’m down. Rounding out the second trilogy is Star Wars: Starfighter Assault, which is essentially the pinball version of X-Wing Vs.
